About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Innovation, the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Manager will ensure that myenergi continues to operate safely as the business grows, focusing on quality and our commitment to the environment, and develops a culture of continuous improvement across all parts of the business.

This role would suit someone who has previously supported the operation of a SHEQ system for a manufacturing company and who is now looking to take on more responsibility

 

Main duties:

Updating all SHEQ policies

Ensuring all staff are aware of the policies and their obligations

Monitoring safety, quality and environmental performance

Taking personal ownership of all quality and environmental incidents and suggestions for improvement

Completing all statutory reports (eg WEEE and packaging returns)

Providing updates to the board on SHEQ performance

Supporting the nominated Director in any SHEQ related investigations

 

Skills/ Personal Spec:

Full UK Driver’s License

NEBOSH General or IOSH Managing Safely

Experience of operating Quality and Environment Systems to ISO 9001 and 14001

Good interpersonal and communication skills
