myenergi is a rapidly growing energy-sector start-up based in North-East Lincolnshire. The company designs and manufactures consumer products which enable households to monitor and manage the daily electricity flows within their premises. The company currently employs around 200 staff engaged in product development, manufacturing, customer support, sales, marketing and finance. A new headquarters building is currently under construction which, when complete, will house all the company’s activities in a new, purpose-built facility at Stallingborough near Grimsby.
Due to a very exciting stage of growth and development, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team.
Headline description of role:
To maximise every opportunity to convert enquires into sales
This position will be office based but may require some travelling to support with sales events
Achieving targets set by your Sales Manager
Answering sales telephone enquiries, handling and directing sales enquiries
Processing sales enquiries and orders including taking payments
Customer account management from order to despatch
Meet with our wholesalers around the UK to maintain the strong relationships
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target meetings
Updating and managing marketing and sales reports
Achieving KPI’s on full range of myenergi products
Supporting off site sales events
Qualifications and Experience:
Results focused, you will be resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback.
Excellent communication skills
A sales background would be an advantage
Strong stakeholder management
Good data analysis skills
A high degree of self motivation
Strong commercial awareness
