Senior Power Electronics

Due to our continued growth and development, we are looking for a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

myenergi is a rapidly growing energy-sector start-up based in North-East Lincolnshire. The company designs and manufactures consumer products which enable households to monitor and manage the daily electricity flows within their premises. The company currently employs over 190 staff engaged in product development, manufacturing, customer support, sales, marketing and finance. A new headquarters building is currently under construction which, when complete, will house all the company’s activities in a new, purpose-built facility at Stallingborough near Grimsby.

Due to our continued growth and development, we are looking for a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

The successful candidate will be play an important role in myenergi’s continued growth, leading the development of high efficiency power converters for applications such as EV charging, energy storage and integrating renewable energy sources into the energy system.

You will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in designing power electronic converters, their magnetic components, optimising their performance and managing the necessary tests and certification needed before a new power electronic converter can be put on the market.   Experience in managing research and development projects, working closely with other engineers in a larger team, and mentoring less experienced power electronic engineers would be beneficial.
