Responsibilities:

The Assistant will support the engineers by:

Qualifications and Experience:

– Good phone skills

– IT literate (they will live in the Tech Support helpdesk!)

– Good written communication

– Organised, motivated, self starting etc

– Would be an advantage if they had experience with a call/help desk ticketing system
