1. Can I get any tech support after office hours?

We do have a really useful forum at www.myenergi.info which you can view at any time which contains some really useful information on all subjects.

2. Can you hardwire the communications between zappi and eddi?

At the moment it’s not possible to hardwire the communications between myenergi devices. 

However we are working on an Ethernet adapter for zappi and eddi.  This should be available early 2021.
