Eco-smart home energy technology manufacturer myenergi has been listed in the FEBE Growth 100, the definitive annual list of Britain’s fastest-growing private companies with the founders still involved.

Run in partnership with PwC UK, Lawrence Stephens, Pictet and Universal Partners, the initiative celebrates entrepreneurial achievement, commercial success and exponential business growth. myenergi ranked #30 in the 2024 league table, reporting a 2-year sales compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 99%.

Founded in 2016 by Lee Sutton and Jordan Brompton, myenergi is best known for pioneering the world’s first solar compatible electric vehicle charger – zappi. Headquartered in Stallingborough, Lincolnshire, but with subsidies in Germany, Australia, Ireland and the Netherlands, the company is widely regarded as a global pioneer of smart, sustainable home energy technology.

With the ambition of helping homeowners to achieve complete energy independence and minimise grid reliance, myenergi has developed an industry-defining product range. Alongside zappi, the company also manufactures the eddi power diverter and libbi modular battery storage system.

Commenting on the company’s success, Jordan Brompton, co-founder and CMO of myenergi, said: “When we founded myenergi, our goal was clear – to remove the barriers to a greener future by accelerating the transition towards renewable energy. We started with nothing, apart from a few good ideas and a serious passion for change – today, we are widely considered one of the sector’s fastest-growing companies.

“Being named in the FEBE Growth 100 is a real honour. The accolade is testament to our talented team, or valued partners and everyone who has supported our innovation, achievement and exponential growth.”

FEBE co-founder, Charlotte Quince, added: “We’re excited to publish this year’s Growth 100. However, FEBE is so much more than a list. We are a network determined to empower and support one another.

“Those in our list – and FEBE legends that have appeared in previous lists – work together to share ideas and support each other. Together, we want to celebrate entrepreneurs who are the heartbeat of the UK economy as they inspire, create, and drive positive change. We bring these leaders together throughout the year at our exclusive events and we share their incredible stories.”

The FEBE Growth 100 aims to shine a spotlight on the finest and fastest-growing privately owned businesses. The list is entirely data-driven, with companies placed by sales CAGR over the past three financial years. Entrants must have been trading for at least three years, reporting an operating profit in the last financial year and achieving sales of between £3m-£200m. Most importantly, the founder(s) must still be involved.
