Our Commitment
Myenergi is committed to making a website that is usable by everyone.
Our goal is to make every page of our website as accessible as possible. We aim for all of our pages to meet Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.2). The WCAG which is an internationally recognised benchmark for building accessible websites.
This includes making our website compatible with assistive technologies, such as screen readers.
If you are finding it hard to use your device, you can find some helpful resources and how-to guides on My Computer My Way at AbilityNet.org.uk, a charity that provides free resources and support that helps make the digital world more accessible to all.
On this website, you should be able to:
- Change font size and contrast levels
- Navigate the website using just a keyboard
- Navigate the website using speech recognition software
- Listen to the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
- Pause moving content such as auto playing videos
Improve your reading experience
If you’re browsing our website on PC, you can enlarge text and images on the site by:
- Hold down the ‘Ctrl’ key and press ‘+’ to enlarge

- To reset hold down ‘Ctrl’ and press ‘0’
On an Apple device, hold the ‘command’ key instead of ‘Ctrl’.
Areas for Improvement
While we strive to adhere to all of the standards within the WCAG for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website.
The specific areas where we are currently working to achieve better accessibility are:
- Some PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen reader software
- videos do not have captions or transcripts (Youtube’s auto generated captions can be enabled but they are not always 100% accurate)
- Some parts of the site use third party add ons such as Live Chat which are not fully accessible via the keyboard
Providing feedback, reporting issues and requesting additional support
