Setting up a new hub

When you receive a replacement hub you will need to follow these steps

  1. First you need to delete the old hub on your eddi and/or zappi, then
  2. Make sure that the new hub has the latest firmware installed before
  3. Pairing  the new hub.

Please follow the instructions below.  If you run into any problems please contact our technical support team at support@myenergi.uk

(1) Plug the hub into the power and Ethernet

Once the hub is plugged in you should see a green “power” light and a blue “server” light

If the server light is red then make sure that the Ethernet cable is plugged into the hub and your router.

(2) Updating the firmware on the hub

To make sure you have the latest firmware on your hub

  1. Unplug the power to the hub
