myenergi to power ‘Zero Zone’ at the 2024 Silverstone Festival

British smart home energy technology manufacturer myenergi is set to charge up the crowd and power the Zero Zone at this year’s Silverstone Festival. The two-day event, which takes place between 23-25 August, will see thousands of visitors descend on the iconic Silverstone Circuit for a weekend of non-stop family entertainment.

A true highlight of the motorsport calendar, the festival features historic track action, classic car displays, daily drag race fire-ups, exciting stunt shows, adrenaline-packed rides and three nights of live music from headline acts including Sophie Ellis Bextor, Olly Murs and Busted.

Alongside showcasing its latest eco-smart home energy tech, myenergi will also sponsor the Zero Zone, where visitors can learn about ways to cut emissions, test drive EVs and find out more about the latest e-bikes. As part of the agreement, myenergi will be supplying zappi smart chargers to keep test vehicles topped up and ready to go.

Commenting on the event, Jordan Brompton, co-founder and CMO of myenergi said: “When we founded myenergi, we did so with the ambition of driving widespread positive change and helping to build a more sustainable future. As the transition to electrification continues at pace, we’re keen to shout about the benefits of EVs, showcase their potential and champion state-of-the-art British home charging solutions.

“Over the past few years, we’ve been a regular at the Silverstone Festival. In 2022 and 2023, we sponsored the Switch Live zone and saw thousands of visitors learn more about EV ownership and the numerous charging options available. With such an engaged crowd and positive feedback, returning for 2024 was an easy decision.

“If you’re looking to find out more about eco-smart EV charging, or our other home energy technologies, head over to the myenergi stand and talk to our green team, who will be on hand throughout the event.”
